Hello all,
As we await the impending launch of the Traffic Cone website which is currently being tarted up with music news, reviews, podcasts, blogs, videos and other good stuff from the Scottish music scene and beyond I thought I would take this opportunity to fill you in on what we`ve been up to and what we have coming up.
Over the summer we run some fantastic gigs as well helping run various festivals up and down Scotland. Recently we helped organise Two great nights. One was an unplugged night at The Griffin with the Artbox team featuring artists such as The Girobabies, Sleepy Eyes Nelson, Annie Stevenson, The Colour Cells, Emma Foreman and last week we helped run a fantastic gig with Jinx Lennon, The Girobabies, Roscoe Vacant and Robert Sarazin Blake at the 13th note.
We now turn our sights to Saturday December 4th where we join up with one of the biggest websites in the world http://www.music-news.com/ to host the first ever Glasgow Underground showcase with our Tips for 2011. The night will be held at Pivo Pivo and will be jam-packed with the very best live acts that Glasgow and the surrounding areas has to offer. The night includes Ghosts of Progress, Annie Stevenson, The Celestians, The Fold, The Masters of the Sea and Two Rivers. Its guaranteed to be packed out and you can find more details about the bands below by going to the Facebook event link below
